Full website scope

Both plans include a custom mobile-first website with up to three agreed informational pages, services and service-area content, click-to-call, Maps, basic local SEO and analytics setup, domain connection and SSL, and two revision rounds. Review highlights use your real authorised reviews. The quote or appointment enquiry form is not a booking system.

You retain your domain and supplied content. Launch code transfers after full payment; Website Plan code transfers after 12 paid monthly instalments or an earlier buyout equal to remaining minimum-term instalments. Third-party software, fonts and media retain their licences.

First draft in three business days after required content, access and kickoff payment are complete. Launch-ready in as little as five business days depends on agreed scope and timely feedback. Booking systems, payments, dashboards, new pages, cinematic media, custom software and advanced integrations are separately scoped and quoted.

The Website Plan monthly enquiry-form and website health/search-visibility check is a review and short note, not ongoing SEO campaigns or a lead, ranking or revenue guarantee. We use approved tools and data and state what was not measured if analytics or Search Console access is absent. Content creation, SEO improvements and link building are separate.

Business email eligibility

Business email setup is optional and subject to provider eligibility. You control your accounts.

*Optional setup: Zoho’s free plan supports up to five users only in selected data centers. We check eligibility before kickoff; free access is not guaranteed. Storage limits apply and IMAP, POP and ActiveSync are not included. Paid email plans require your approval. You control your accounts.

Website Care

Care includes managed hosting, uptime monitoring, dependency/security maintenance, form testing, relevant backups and email support. Launch care includes 30 minutes of minor edits monthly; Website Plan includes 60 minutes total and no additional care charge.

Minutes do not roll over. Edits require supplied or approved content; new pages, redesigns, custom development and unlimited requests are excluded. Response expectations and hosting fair use are agreed separately. Domain renewals, mailbox subscriptions, licensed assets, premium plugins and approved AI/SMS usage are separate costs.

Launch’s three included months start at production launch. With recorded agreement to amount, frequency, start date and cancellation terms, the first $69 monthly payment is due on its three-month anniversary. You may decline renewal at kickoff. Annual care is $690 billed upfront yearly only if expressly selected, beginning on that anniversary. No automatic migration or monthly-to-annual conversion. A reminder is sent at least 14 days before the first charge and each annual renewal.

Cancel via studio@newzchain.com. Monthly cancellation stops the next renewal; service continues through the paid period unless separately agreed. Website Plan early exit requires the remaining minimum-term balance; after 12 paid months it continues at $149/month until cancelled. See Refunds & cancellation for refund conditions.
