Newzchain Studio is a service offering of Newzchain, Inc., registered in Delaware, United States. The page describes available services; the approved written scope and project agreement establish the terms of an individual engagement.
Concept requests and demonstrations
A concept request is reviewed for fit before an initial design direction or scoped preview is prepared. It is not an order, a free bespoke website promise or a commitment by either party. Fictional demos are illustrations, not operating businesses, client endorsements or evidence of customer results.
Launch package and separate work
The US Local Business Launch offer starts at $899 for up to three agreed informational pages and the listed essentials. Booking systems, payments, dashboards, advanced automation, software and custom integrations require a separate scope and quote. India projects use separately confirmed pricing.
Timing and revisions
The first working draft is targeted within three business days after agreed scope, required content, access and kickoff payment are complete. Launch-ready in as little as five business days also requires timely consolidated feedback. Two in-scope revision rounds are included. Missing materials, new scope or delayed approval can extend delivery.
Payment and ownership
The stated payment structure is 50% at kickoff and 50% after approval, before launch, through Stripe invoices. Custom deliverables transfer after full payment. Customers control their domain, content and production data. Third-party software, fonts and assets remain subject to their licences. Supply only content and assets you are authorised to use.
Hosting, care and email
Three months of managed website hosting are included. Afterwards, choose optional paid care or arrange hosting under your control; there is no automatic paid enrolment. Domain and third-party costs still apply. Up to five business email accounts can be set up on Zoho’s free plan where eligible. Storage, access and regional limitations apply. Paid upgrades require approval.
Agreement provisions requiring approval
Final provisions for liability, warranties, dispute resolution, governing law, termination and cancellation must be approved in the project agreement before payments are accepted. This draft does not invent those provisions. Contact studio@newzchain.com for the agreement applicable to your project.
