The final refund and cancellation policy needs owner and legal approval. No non-refundable deposit, automatic refund entitlement or cancellation charge is established by this draft.
Before you pay
Request and review the approved written scope and refund/cancellation terms before completing a kickoff payment. A concept enquiry has no payment requirement and creates no project commitment.
Requesting a cancellation
Contact studio@newzchain.com with your project or invoice reference and the requested change. Do not send card details or other payment credentials by email. The applicable signed agreement and legal requirements determine the outcome.
Terms to finalise
Before launch, confirm treatment of completed work, work not yet started, deposits, third-party purchases, customer delays, cancellation timing and refund-processing windows. These decisions remain open; this page must not be treated as an approved financial policy.
