Privacy notice

Information in an enquiry
The concept-request form asks for your name, business name, work email, business type, objective and message. Phone and website are optional. Use it for business enquiries; do not include sensitive personal information. Your consent allows us to contact you about your request.
How the form works
The server validates requests and, when configured, sends enquiry details through Resend to Studio’s enquiry inbox. A successful response confirms delivery-service acceptance, not final inbox receipt. The form remains closed without the required delivery configuration. It does not create a public account or put enquiry details in public analytics.
Security and service providers
The implementation uses a honeypot, request limits and server-side validation. In production, the rate limiter stores a keyed hash of the requesting IP in a dedicated Redis service with a short expiry; it does not store the raw IP in that limiter. Hosting and delivery providers may process their own operational logs under their policies. Email and hosting configuration must be reviewed before launch.
Optional analytics
When an approved Google Analytics property is configured, analytics load only after you choose Allow. Your choice is stored locally in your browser. The implementation does not send private form values in analytics events or install session recording. You can remove the stored preference through your browser’s site-data settings.
Retention, access and international processing
The approved retention schedule, provider locations, international-transfer arrangements and procedures for privacy requests must be confirmed before public enquiries open. No unapproved retention duration or legal-rights process is promised by this draft. Contact Studio to ask about information you have supplied.
