Is the $899 price fixed?
$899 covers the agreed launch scope. Extras are quoted and approved before work begins.
What does five business days mean?
Launch-ready in as little as five business days for the agreed scope, starting once required content and access are received and payment due under your chosen plan is complete. Timely consolidated feedback is needed; missing materials or scope changes can extend delivery.
Who owns the website?
Your domain and supplied content stay yours. Launch code transfers after full payment; Website Plan code transfers after 12 paid months or an earlier remaining-balance buyout. Third-party licences apply.
Is hosting included?

Do I need Vercel or Supabase?
No account is required just to request a concept. You can use your own GitHub, Vercel or other supported accounts for delivery. Supabase is used only when a product genuinely needs a database.
What happens after the first three months?
After 3 months: $69/month, unless cancelled. $690/year if you choose annual care. Opt out at kickoff; renewal requires your agreement.
How many revisions are included?
Two consolidated revision rounds within the agreed scope. Additional rounds or new scope are quoted separately.
Are booking and payment systems included?
No. An appointment enquiry form is included, but live booking systems, payments, dashboards, advanced automation and custom integrations need a separate scope and quote.
What is the refund or cancellation policy?

What do your AI services include?
We scope AI integration, business assistants, document search and custom agents around a defined task. We agree approved data sources, tool access, evaluation and human approval before consequential actions. AI, software and automation are not included in the website launch price or website delivery timeline.
Do I need an AI agent for every automation?
No. A fixed workflow or conventional integration may be more reliable and appropriate. We recommend the simplest useful approach rather than adding AI to every task.
