Collect missed-call enquiry details and send a useful summary, with clear AI disclosure and boundaries agreed before setup.
A clear handoff
Supported forwarding from your existing business number.
An AI-disclosed assistant collects the agreed questions.
Your team receives a summary; quotes and bookings stay within approved rules.
An AI receptionist can answer calls your team misses, collect the caller’s name, contact details and reason for calling, send your team a summary and send the caller a confirmation through an approved channel. We agree the questions and the handoff before setup. Set up after a short scoping call.
For a caterer, the questions might cover event date, approximate guests and location. A venue may need the planning stage and a request for a tour. A pet-care business may need to distinguish a new-client question from a returning-client booking request. The assistant should collect enough information for a person to follow up without attempting to make decisions outside its instructions.
Missed calls are forwarded from your existing number through a supported carrier configuration. We check forwarding behaviour, business hours, voicemail and the destination before implementation. Your team can continue answering ordinary calls; the assistant handles the agreed overflow route.
We test a missed call, a caller who declines to continue, an unavailable summary destination and a caller asking for a person. A fallback should direct the caller to an approved alternative rather than claim a message was delivered when delivery could not be confirmed. Provider accounts, access and ongoing costs are agreed in writing.
The assistant does not issue binding quotes or confirm bookings unless it is connected to an approved calendar with reliable permissions and a separately agreed workflow. A preferred date is an enquiry detail, not a reservation. Contract changes, refunds and unusual requests go to a person.
It does not give medical or legal advice. Emergency instructions are approved for the business and direct the caller to the appropriate number. A pet-care overflow line is not a veterinary emergency service. We review the wording and escalation path rather than invent universal emergency advice.
Callers are told they are speaking with an AI assistant. Call recording is announced where used, with jurisdiction-appropriate consent and retention decisions resolved before launch. We collect only the information needed for the agreed enquiry task.
The business approves scripts, access, recording choices, delivery recipients and retention. Human oversight remains necessary for consequential actions and corrections. Scoping covers privacy, carrier capability and the conditions under which the assistant should stop and hand off.
$299 setup + $99–$199/month. A monthly minutes allowance is agreed at setup. Carrier charges, recording/storage, AI usage and approved integrations are separately disclosed where applicable.
The quote defines the answering route, questions, summary destination, confirmation channel and support responsibilities. No call-volume, recovered-revenue or lead guarantee is included. A demonstration request is not a subscription or billing consent.
Yes where your carrier supports the agreed missed-call forwarding setup. We check it before promising a deployment.
Only with a separately approved calendar connection and workflow. Otherwise it collects a request for staff review.
Yes. AI disclosure is part of the greeting; recording is announced where used.
Minutes and usage boundaries are agreed during setup, with any approved provider costs disclosed separately.
No. It follows approved escalation instructions and does not give medical or legal advice.
Request a demo and have a short scoping call to confirm forwarding, questions, consent and the handoff.
